These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to all orders placed through our online store. By accessing this site and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Haus Québec reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect as soon as they are published on this site. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any updates.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of Haus Québec or its content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights.

To place an order, you may create a customer account or make a purchase as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account and to keep it current. Haus Québec reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.

We make every effort to accurately display the colors and features of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be accurate. Products may vary slightly from their photos.

We reserve the right to limit quantities sold, to change product descriptions, or to discontinue the sale of any product at any time without notice. All product offers are valid while supplies last.

All prices displayed on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your order will apply.

We accept the following payment methods: major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other options available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted. In the event of a payment refusal, your order will be cancelled.

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on your region and product availability. Haus Québec is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery address, and are clearly indicated during the checkout process. We primarily ship within Canada. For international deliveries, please contact us directly.

If you receive a defective or damaged product upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, at your preference.

To report a defective product, send us photos of the item and packaging by email. Keep the original packaging, as it may be required for claims with the carrier.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to make a return. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

As a resident of Québec, you benefit from the protections provided by the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1). Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude your rights under this Act or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

If you have questions regarding your rights as a consumer, you may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur of Québec.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haus Québec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haus Québec, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the site and services; (b) your violation of any of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Québec, in Québec, Canada. If you reside in another province or country, certain local laws may apply to your situation.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or removed if no modification is possible. The remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.

Haus Québec reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. In the event of a material change, we will make every effort to notify you at least 30 days before the new terms take effect, including by posting a prominent notice on our site.

By continuing to use our site after the changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If the new terms are not acceptable to you, please stop using our site and services.
